AT PROMOVEC DIALOGUE WITH OUR CUSTOMERS IS ESSENTIAL
At Promovec we always employ a customer-focused approach. Whether dealing with a small local dealer or a major international wholesaler we always seek dialogue. We need to understand the problem or challenge our customers face. Where other companies strive for automated processes in regards to service we seek individual solutiuons and approaches. Few customers are faced with the same challenges.
WE WANT TO ALWAYS EXCEED OUR CUSTOMERS’ EXPECTATIONS
When our customers are faced with challenges - small or large - we are always ready with an answer. Typically when dealing with smaller challenges – when our customers need tips with maintaining components or wants to know how best to assemble an e-bike – advice will be given over the phone, via Skype or email. Our service department also proactively educate all our dealers and partners by holding an annual dealer event at our headquarter in Aarhus, Denmark and we also regularly hold seminars for our partners at their locations.
The Promovec service concept has been deveoplevel over the years in order to keep our response times as low as possible, or service as relavant and flexible as possible. We want to solve all challenges - big and small - as quickly and as effieciently as possible and ultimately we want to repeatedly improve and exceed our partners expectations.
